Monzo is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join our data‑driven regulatory team in London. You will own the preparation, analysis and submission of capital and liquidity reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory interpretations and Pillar 3 disclosures.
You will optimise controls for timely and accurate reporting, enhance data quality, and build dashboards to provide clear insights for sign‑offs and business decisions, with a strong emphasis on automation and collaboration with IT

We are looking for a curious, adaptive and data-focused Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst with a strong attention to detail to join our regulatory reporting team at Monzo. The team is responsible for understanding our prudential regulatory reporting requirements, working on projects and submissions relating to these and collaborating with teams across Monzo.
