Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate PRA, FCA and EU regulatory mandates into business requirements and functional specifications. You’ll evaluate current reporting processes, perform gap analyses and map data from source systems to regulatory reporting engines, supporting both Agile and Waterfall delivery.

The role is a 6-month initial contract in London with potential extension, requiring strong communication and governance to deliver compliant solutions in Wealth/Asset

Qualifications

• Experience translating PRA, FCA and EU regulatory mandates into business requirements and specifications.
• Proven ability to evaluate reporting processes against new regulatory requirements and perform gap analyses.
• Strong data lineage, mapping and traceability skills for regulatory reporting engines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality business analysis to support regulatory change across Wealth Portfolio.
• Capture and document business requirements, process flows, and solution options.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.
• Design and implement process, organisation and system changes for BAU delivery.
• Support user acceptance testing to ensure delivery meets requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain audit trails for compliance and governance purposes.
• Communicate findings and progress clearly to stakeholders and project teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner for analysis and change delivery.
• Capture detailed data requirements and map data sources for data products and reporting solutions.
