Job summary

Schroders ищет старшего бизнес-аналитика для перевода регуляторных требований PRA, FCA и ЕС в бизнес- и функциональные требования. В работе предстоит оценивать текущие процессы отчетности и модели операционной деятельности на соответствие новым регуляторным требованиям, выполнять Gap-анализ и определять изменения.

Необходимо сильное знание линей данных (data lineage, data mapping) и способность документировать требования к данным для продуктов и отчетности.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Доставлять качественный бизнес-анализ для регуляторных изменений в управлении капиталом/богатстве.
• Собирать, анализировать и документировать требования, процессы и варианты решений, согласуя их с целями бизнеса и регуляторными стандартами.
• Сотрудничать со стейкхолдерами из бизнеса, технологий и сторонних организаций для определения эффективных решений.
• Поддерживать дизайн и внедрение изменений процессов, оргструктуры и систем; обеспечить переход решений в BAU.
• Обеспечивать подготовку и выполнение UAT; гарантировать соответствие решений требованиям и стандартам качества.
• Поддерживать и развивать аудит-след для комплаенса и управления.
• Поддерживать крепкие отношения с ключевыми стейкхолдерами и продвигать совместные результаты.
• Собирать и документировать требования к данным для продуктов данных и решений.
• Проводить анализ и сопоставление источников данных, структур и интерфейсов для проектирирования решений.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience translating PRA, FCA and EU regulatory mandates into business requirements and functional specifications (e.g. EMIR, MiFIR and FCA regulatory change). The candidate should be able to evaluate current reporting processes and operating models against new regulatory requirements, perform gap analysis, and define the required changes. Strong experience in data lineage, data mapping, traceability matrices, and tracking data from source systems through to regulatory reporting engines is essential.

Deliver high-quality business analysis to support regulatory change across the Wealth Portfolio. Capture, analyse and document business requirements, process flows, and solution options, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and regulatory standards. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, technology, and third parties to define effective, pragmatic solutions to complex business challenges. Contribute to the design and implementation of process, organisational and system change, ensuring smooth transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations. Support preparation and execution of user acceptance testing, ensuring delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements and quality standards. Ensure business analysis activities and outputs are fully documented, providing a clear audit trail for compliance and governance purposes. Communicate analysis findings, recommendations, and progress updates clearly and succinctly to stakeholders, project managers and transformation leads. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner for analysis, solution design, and change delivery. Apply best practices in business analysis to drive continuous improvement in your own work and contribute effectively to successful project outcomes. Capture, analyse and document detailed data requirements to support the design and delivery of data products and solutions. Conduct analysis and mapping of data sources, structures and interfaces to support solution design and system implementation.

Experience and understanding of the Wealth Management and Asset Management industries. Proven experience delivering business analysis across a variety of regulatory change initiatives Demonstrable experience translating PRA, FCA and EU regulatory mandates into business requirements and functional specifications (e.g. EMIR, MiFIR and FCA regulatory change). Experienced in evaluating current reporting processes and operating models against new regulatory requirements, performing gap analysis, and defining the required changes Strong experience in data lineage, data mapping, traceability matrices, and tracking data from source systems through to regulatory reporting engines is essential. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams, actively championing collaboration and shared outcomes. Proven experience working in multidisciplinary teams and within delivery frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate complex information succinctly and clearly. Logical and structured thinker, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience capturing and documenting data requirements for data products, reporting solutions or similar initiatives. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership of tasks through to delivery. Educated to at least undergraduate degree level. Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
