Allwyn UK is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead defined regulatory workstreams, shape regulatory strategy and engage with the Gambling Commission. Reporting to Head of Regulatory Affairs, you will provide expert guidance, manage complex compliance matters and align governance with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in regulatory/compliance/public policy in a highly regulated sector.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks into practical guidance.
• Experience leading regulatory engagement with regulators and government bodies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent written communication, including regulatory submissions and papers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead interpretation of regulatory requirements and provide practical guidance across the business.
• Act as a trusted adviser on regulatory risk and licence obligations.
• Develop and implement Regulatory Affairs policies, procedures and governance.
• Champion compliance understanding across the organisation.
• Lead regulatory engagement with the Gambling Commission and other bodies.
• Develop engagement plans for key regulatory matters aligned with business priorities.
• Lead licence applications and consent processes, including waivers and variations.
• Oversee regulatory submissions and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
