  • Deliver compliance training, guidance and reporting, translating complex requirements into practical and business-friendly solutions.
  • Coordinate Group-wide compliance reporting, including KPIs, dashboards and incident reporting from our Operating Companies.
  • Support investigations and identify opportunities to improve compliance processes through technology and automation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, helping shape compliance priorities across the Group.

What you´ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate compliance role, ideally within the gaming industry or another highly regulated international environment.

  • The ability to interpret complex legislation and translate regulatory requirements into practical actions that support business objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and build relationships across different levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in technology and process improvement, always looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training and providing advice to both business and leadership teams.
  • Strong judgement, integrity and discretion, with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
  • ICA qualification or similar professional certification would be an advantage.
