You will lead day-to-day regulatory compliance and keep the business ahead of UKGC requirements under its remote casino licence, while acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven senior compliance experience in iGaming or online casino.
• In-depth knowledge of UKGC framework, LCCP, RTS and AML obligations.
• Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work hybrid from Scotland and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the compliance framework to meet remote casino licence conditions and UKGC codes of practice.
• Oversee RNG-based games compliance, testing, certification and technical standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and lead implementation across teams.
• Oversee AML, safer gambling and social responsibility controls.
• Manage regulatory reporting, audits and correspondence with the Gambling Commission.
• Advise product, marketing and operations on compliance risk.
• Lead, mentor and develop the compliance team.

Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the compliance framework so the business meets all remote casino licence conditions and UKGC codes of practice
• Oversee compliance of RNG-based games, including testing, certification and technical standards
• Monitor regulatory change, assess its impact and lead implementation across teams
• Oversee AML, safer gambling and social responsibility controls
• Manage regulatory reporting, audits and correspondence with the Gambling Commission
• Advise product, marketing and operations teams on compliance risk
• Lead, mentor and develop the compliance team

Requirements:
