Job summary

Circle Health Group's Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to join the team. This 30-hour per week permanent role offers a salary up to £41,000 per year FTE, dependent on experience, training and qualification.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a nursing team, deliver high-quality care, and work within a multidisciplinary setting. Registered Nurse (Adult) with active NMC registration and substantial post-registration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with active NMC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience in acute care.
• Senior or supervisory nursing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and lead assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for complex patients.
• Use advanced clinical knowledge to make timely decisions and escalate when necessary.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient response in line with NMC and local protocols.
• Delegate tasks to ensure safe and effective workload management across shifts.
• Uphold safety culture with infection prevention, safeguarding, medicines management and risk reporting procedures.
• Act as a key contact for patients and families, providing clinical updates and information to support shared decision-making.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions between services.
