Circle Health Group’s The Meriden Hospital in Coventry is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse (Bank) to join our team. This bank role covers shift coverage across wards, with a competitive hourly rate and flexible hours to support busy periods and staff leave.

Applicants should have RN qualification with NMC registration, mentorship (ENB 998), and a healthcare background; English GCSE; be proficient with PC systems.

Qualificações

• Registered nurse with level 1 and nursing degree or diploma.
• NMC registration and relevant professional development.
• Mentorship qualification (ENB 998) required.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and patient advocacy.
• Workload and shift management understanding.
• GCSE Maths/English A-C or equivalent.
• Proficient with PC and hospital systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain standards of patient care and promote patient satisfaction.
• Provide individualised patient care and advocate for junior staff.
• Deputise for Sister/Charge Nurse on clinical shifts when needed.
• Ensure professional conduct per NMC and HCPC codes.
