Circle Health Group in Chertsey invites applications for a Registered Nurse - Wards on a bank (as and when required) basis at Runnymede Hospital. You will deliver patient care, assess needs, maintain records and support patients and families with empathy.

The role requires valid NMC registration, clinical experience and strong teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting. Bank shifts offer flexible coverage at competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety and evidence‑based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records, documentation and care planning.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate, legible and timely nursing documentation.

• Identify and report incidents, safeguarding concerns and potential risks in line with hospital procedures.

Salary: Up to £21.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their team of staff in the Wards department.

This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties of this role include:

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.

• Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and carers, providing information, reassurance, and emotional support.
