Job summary

Sgscare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Deeside. You will ensure safe, nurturing, and compliant care for children and young people with complex needs, while driving high standards and safeguarding practices.

The role offers a substantial salary and opportunities for progression within a growing children’s residential care provider. You will manage operations, lead a dedicated team, and liaise with CIW inspectors to maintain excellent care

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards it).
• Eligible for CIW Registered Manager registration.
• Proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for children with complex needs.
• Strong knowledge of CIW regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring safe, nurturing, high-quality care.
• Maintain full CIW compliance and lead effective safeguarding and care planning.
