Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager to lead an adult service home, ensuring high-quality care and the wellbeing of residents. You will report to the Area Manager, oversee staff, care plans, and partnerships with external professionals and families.

You will drive service development, supervise senior staff, and promote independence while maintaining compliant operations and a positive, compassionate environment for residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
• Experience with people with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a staff team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and safeguard residents in partnership with the staff team.
• Overall operational responsibility for site management.
• Administer property finances including accounts and expenditure.
• Lead development and monitoring of residents' care plans with external professionals and families.
• Empower staff to promote independence within the home and community.
• Conduct performance reviews and supervisions for care team members.
• Organise engaging activities and trips for residents.
• Plan and prioritise workload efficiently.
