Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an adults residential care service in Kettering. You will take full responsibility for service quality, compliance, staffing, budgets and day-to-day performance.

You will lead the team to deliver safe, person-centred care, while creating a positive environment where people feel valued, respected and supported to live fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in adult social care.
• Experience within a regulated care environment.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or developing staff.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and fundamental standards.
• Knowledge of safeguarding adults, Mental Capacity Act and DoLS.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Calm, resilient and reflective approach under pressure.
• Genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.
• Previous Team Leader, Deputy Manager or Registered Manager experience.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Budgeting or operational management experience.
• Understanding of CQC inspection frameworks and quality assurance.
• Experience with HR processes including recruitment, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
