Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd are seeking an Adult Registered Manager to lead our adult services, ensuring high-quality care for young adults with complex needs. You will report to the Area Manager and oversee health, welfare and fulfilment of residents within the home.

You will inspire a dedicated team, develop and monitor care plans with external professionals and families, and promote independence in a supportive environment. DBS checked and flexible in approach for best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
• Experience working with people with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a staff team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational responsibility for the site and lead by example with the staff team.
• Safeguard residents and maintain high standards of care and wellbeing.
• Develop and monitor care plans in collaboration with external professionals, families and agencies.
• Manage administration including budgets and expenditure for the property.
• Plan activities and enrichment for residents to promote independence and community involvement.
