Heritage Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary service covering Hounslow and Richmond. You will oversee safe, person-centred care, regulatory compliance and service performance.

The role focuses on staff development, governance, safeguarding and continuous improvement, with a supportive franchise network and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a domiciliary care service.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive service performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Registered Manager for the service.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Lead safe, high‑quality care delivery across the branch.
• Recruit, develop and support care and office teams.
• Oversee safeguarding, complaints, incidents and investigations.
• Maintain effective governance, auditing and quality assurance systems.
• Ensure safe recruitment, induction, supervision and competency processes.
• Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, professionals and stakeholders.
• Promote a positive culture focused on quality, dignity and person‑centred care.
