• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in training.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and align training sessions with policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead Regional Training Officers, manage attendance, and conduct reviews.
• Oversee training quality through observations and audits for compliance.
• Engage stakeholders to align on training programs and requirements.
• Identify process improvements and deputize for RTM when needed.
