Creative Support Ltd is seeking a caring and motivated manager to oversee a portfolio of social care services in Blackpool. You will work with the Service Manager to lead a team of Team Leaders and Senior staff, ensuring high-quality care for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

You will manage service provision, develop new services, and uphold CQC standards, communicating effectively with families and other agencies.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience and knowledge of working within the social care sector in support of people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
• Experience of staff and service management is essential.
• Must be a confident, accountable practitioner with ability to translate CQC quality standards into practice.
• Ability to lead a team with confidence and provide clear guidance, supervision and support.

• Lead a team with Team Leaders and Senior staff and oversee current services in the region.
• Communicate positively and professionally with families, advocates and other agencies.
• Oversee staff deployment and rotas and work flexibly including evenings and weekends.
• Attend person-centred reviews and contribute to the ongoing development of services.
