Creative Support in Blackpool is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker for our busy complex supported services. You will work closely with senior managers to provide high quality support to people with complex needs.

The role requires experience in learning disabilities, mental health and autism, plus proven ability to lead and manage teams. We value proactive, person-centred approaches and the ability to help individuals build independence and wellbeing.

Formación
