Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a caring, dynamic and highly motivated Service Manager to oversee our portfolio of social care services in Blackpool, Lancashire. You will work with the Service Manager to maintain an overview of all services, lead a team of Team Leaders and Senior staff, and drive service development in the region.

The role requires extensive experience in social care, strong people management skills and a confident, person-centred leadership style.

Qualifications

• Accomplished manager with extensive experience in social care.
• Knowledge of delivering services for people with learning disabilities or mental health needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of social care services in Blackpool.
• Lead a team of Team Leaders and Senior staff.
• Contribute to development of services within the region.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care aligned with CQC standards.
