Job summary

Ares Management is seeking an AVP, Regional Facilities Manager for UK/EMEA and LATAM to lead Corporate Services across London offices and the broader regional footprint. The role reports to the Head of International Facilities and emphasizes strategy, people leadership and service delivery.

Responsibilities include leading facilities operations, regional space planning, procurement, vendor management and ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Corporate Services environment.
• Knowledge of buildings, maintenance and service.
• Experience liaising with clients, tenants, consultants and local authorities.
• Managing third party contractors (in-house and external).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Corporate Services and Facilities for London, EMEA and LATAM.
• Develop and implement regional standards across portfolio.
• Oversee office management, space planning and vendor relationships.
• Manage budgets, procurement, invoices and financial reports.
• Drive service excellence, governance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure health, safety and business continuity across offices.
