Job summary

Be Cool Refrigeration, a London-based family-run commercial refrigeration and air conditioning specialist, is seeking an experienced refrigeration engineer to join our team.

You will service, maintain and repair a range of commercial systems across London and surrounding counties, diagnose faults on-site, and deliver a high first-fix rate while working directly with commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems (cold rooms, display units, ice machines, blast chillers) is required.
• Ability to diagnose faults on-site and deliver high first-fix rates.
• Professional, reliable and able to work directly with commercial clients.

Be Cool Refrigeration is a growing, family-run commercial refrigeration and air conditioning company based in London. We work with a wide range of commercial clients, and we’re looking for an experienced refrigeration engineer to join our team.

The Role

We’re recruiting an experienced commercial refrigeration engineer/technician to service, maintain, and repair a range of commercial refrigeration systems across London and the surrounding counties.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, including: cold rooms, display units, counters, ice machines, blast chillers, and similar equipment
• Ability to diagnose and resolve faults independently on-site.
• High First Fix rate
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable working directly with commercial clients

What We Offer

• Starting salary up to £55,000 door-to-door per year, depending on experience
