Job summary
Arcus FM are seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service supermarket refrigeration across the West Midlands. You’ll be on the road visiting multi-site retail clients, carrying out diagnostics, maintenance and repairs with a strong emphasis on customer service.
This is a hands-on mobile role where no two days are the same, offering a competitive salary up to £51,261, a company van with fuel card for personal use, door-to-door pay, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays,
Qualifications
- Valid UK driver’s license.
- Refrigeration engineering experience.
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079).
- CO2 Qualification is desirable.
- Supermarket refrigeration experience.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- Strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain and repair supermarket refrigeration systems across multiple sites.
- Deliver high-quality diagnostics, servicing and repairs with a focus on customer service on a mobile patch.
