Are you an experienced Refrigeration Engineer living within the Oxford or Swindon areas? If so, we invite you to join our team, delivering services for our multi-site clients.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £49,767 per annum
• Overtime paid at time and a half, with an average earning potential of £12,000 per year
• Door-to-door pay
• 4% bonus, contingent on target achievement (historically paid)
• Van with optional personal use and fuel card

Requirements

• Valid UK driver's license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• C&G 2079 / F-GAS certification
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Health & Safety awareness and knowledge

Desirable (Training Provided)

• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket experience

Responsibilities

Ensure supermarket refrigeration systems within your area are fully maintained and operating efficiently. Travel to client stores, performing diagnosis, maintenance, servicing, and repairs. Demonstrate excellent time management and eagerness to learn.

This role requires being on call 1 in 4 times. We prioritize individual development through extensive training and cross-skilling at our National Training Academy in Stevenage.
