Job summary

NCC Group is seeking an Executive Principal Consultant to lead Red Team engagements across the lifecycle, from initial access to objective completion, with a focus on safety, confidentiality, and operational integrity. You will mentor junior staff and represent NCC Group in client-facing engagements, including with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering high-complexity Red Team engagements end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of the adversary lifecycle and common TTPs.
• Familiarity with evasion techniques and bypassing controls such as EDR/EPP, gateways, proxies.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute advanced adversary simulations and Red Team engagements."aligned with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain operational security and risk mitigation throughout delivery.
• Communicate risks and safety concerns clearly to clients before and during operations.
