Job summary

NCC Group is seeking an Executive Principal Consultant to lead high-end Red Team engagements from Cheltenham, driving adversary simulations and security testing for mature clients. You will oversee delivery across the attack lifecycle, mentor junior staff, and contribute to tooling and methodology development.

You will report to the Cyber Services and Capabilities leadership and collaborate with client stakeholders, including at the C-level, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and robust risk

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering high-complexity Red Team engagements end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of adversary lifecycle, TTPs, and risk-based thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute advanced adversary simulations and Red Team engagements.
• Maintain strong focus on operational security and risk mitigation.
• Produce high-quality narrative reports with actionable insights for technical and C-level audiences.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development.
• Support sales and scoping with technical input as needed.
