Job summary

Leonardo is seeking an experienced Red Team Consultant to join our Offensive Security capability, open to Senior and Principal levels. You will deliver threat-led assessments, adversary emulation and advanced testing in defence contexts, while helping shape tooling, methodologies and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering red team or adversary simulation activities.
• Strong scripting skills in Python/C#/JavaScript and malware development knowledge.
• DV clearance eligibility and UK nationality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Red Team and Adversary Simulation Activities in defence/government environments.
• Support capability development, tooling, methodologies and best practices for red team services.
• Research threats and adversary techniques to improve capabilities and enrich customer engagements.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, reports and operational procedures.
