Job summary

Our Future Health is building a health research programme in the UK, focusing on scalable participant recruitment. We seek a Senior Programme Operations Manager to lead recruitment activities, manage external suppliers and shape delivery across complex pathways.

You will oversee performance against targets and KPIs, balance clinical, financial and programme needs, and drive continuous improvement. A postgraduate clinical research qualification or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical research or programme operations with clear operational objectives.
• Experience managing participant recruitment through external suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and UK clinical research environment.
• Postgraduate qualification in clinical research or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage targets, KPIs, budgets and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across participant recruitment activities.
• Oversee performance and development of recruitment suppliers.
• Shape how recruitment is delivered and ensure pathways meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Manage supplier performance against contracts, KPIs and service levels.
• Build constructive supplier relationships and escalate issues when needed.
• Lead data-driven decisions to improve recruitment performance and plan for capacity.
• Lead and manage recruitment workstreams and governance meetings.
• Identify and manage operational risks across the recruitment pathway.
