Job Description:

The role of Student Recruitment Officer: Events is critical in ensuring that the aims and objectives of the Student Recruitment Team are achieved. Reporting to the Student Recruitment Events Team Leader, you will work closely as part of the team to ensure that applicants, enquirers, and academic colleagues receive a consistently high level of service based on best practice principles and that conversion is maximized.

You will work as part of a team responsible for managing a wide range of enquirer and applicant services from course enquiries to open days and clearing support. You need to be flexible and customer-focused to ensure excellent working relationships with colleagues throughout the University.

You should demonstrate experience in student recruitment, particularly in coordinating recruitment activities such as Open Days and Offer Holder Days. Experience of working with diverse stakeholders and a strong understanding of course provision and the unique selling points of academic areas are essential.

This role is ideal for someone committed, enthusiastic, flexible, and passionate about student recruitment.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 7th August.
