You will manage recruitment campaigns across the US structural steel and construction market, building relationships with senior-level candidates and clients to place top talent. Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment campaigns across the US structural steel and construction market.
• Build relationships with senior-level candidates (Project Managers, Estimators, Directors, VP and C-suite).
• Headhunt passive talent from a specialist market.
• Manage candidate processes from initial approach to offer and placement.
• Develop existing client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Work with established steel recruitment team.
