Novax Recruitment Ltd seeks a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Senior Resourcer to join the US Structural Steel Division from Altrincham, near Manchester. You will manage recruitment campaigns across the US structural steel and construction market, build relationships with senior-level candidates, and drive high-value placements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience.
• Proven billing history or clear evidence of high performance.

Responsabilités

• Managing recruitment campaigns across the US structural steel and construction market.
• Building relationships with senior-level candidates (PMs, Estimators, Directors, VP, C-suite).
• Headhunting passive talent from a specialist market.
• Managing candidate processes from approach to offer and placement.
• Developing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborating with established steel recruitment teams.
