Overview

Delivery Recruitment Consultant – Construction & Civil Engineering (US Market)

Are you an experienced Delivery Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Construction and Civil Engineering recruitment? This role is based in Altrincham and focuses on the US market with a 180 role and a lucrative commission structure similar to the Business Development team. The position is delivery and candidate management-focused.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage top talent across the Construction & Civil Engineering sectors in the US.
• Build strong candidate relationships and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Partner with the Business Development team to ensure smooth delivery to clients.
• Work Monday – Thursday, 12pm–8pm (to align with US hours) and WFH every Friday.
• Proven experience in delivery recruitment, ideally within Construction / Civil Engineering.
• Strong track record of placing candidates in technical or niche roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, target-focused, and motivated by success.
