Are you a Tech Recruitment Consultant (agency please!!) and looking or considering a move? Have a look at the below with a company we have worked with for over 10 years, and see if the below resonates..

Flexible working?Bored of going to the office 5 days in the rain (mostly!) Not here- you will have a hybrid model where you get the best of both worlds.

Warm Desk?Sure you've heard this before, but these guys are busy, you will have roles to work on from day one with customers in the start up (VC) space to corporates like the BBC

You will be recruiting in the DevOps, Development, QA or Frontend (JavaScript) space

Progression?Do you actually want to be involved in the strategic end of the business and have your opinion heard. The company is growing and wants to use the knowledge you have. There is absolutely an opportunity to build teams. You could be sat in board meetings within 2/3 years (if you do well of course)

KPI's?Yes - but is that a bad thing. These guys use data to help you perform, but its not blanket KPI's for KPI's sake

Culture:Super down to earth, a great bunch of people , with excellent retention. They do all the classic stuff too like Drinks and lunch clubs,

Who will I learn off?The founder of the business - £1 million biller, and the AD of perm - been there since 2017. These guys what to help you get better at the job, so will really invest in your to take you to the next level.

Do I need to do BD ?-Yes ! This is a 360 role

What sort of billings do I need?Look, obviously the more the better, but if you've had a bad year BUT you are really up for it still and love the industry - still send your cv please. Personality and drive trumps billings.
