The Role

As a 360 Consultant, you’ll take charge of the full recruitment cycle—from winning new business to placing high-quality candidates—with the backing of an experienced team and a hands-on Director.

You’ll recruit for a wide range of positions, including:

Marketing– Digital Marketing Executives, CRM Specialists, Content Managers

IT/Tech– IT Support, Software Developers, Technical Product Owners, Data Analysts

Your clients will include dynamicstart-ups, ambitiousscale-ups, and majorinternational brands, ensuring variety and opportunity on your desk every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and convert job leads into live roles
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with hiring managers
• Present and negotiate competitive terms with clients
