Since 2003, Xcede has been recruiting on behalf of some of the biggest names in Tech & Data. With our HQ in London and offices in Miami, Cape Town, Hamburg, and Singapore, we bring a truly global reach to recruitment.

We are expanding our Data Engineering Recruitment desk in the UK, focused on permanent and FTE hires. This is a rare chance to join a high-performing team with deep relationships in the data space, built over decades. You'll be working alongside some of the UK’s most well-connected data recruiters, including Matt Jones, Niall Wharton, Luke Adams, Bailey Snow, Paul Culmer, and two new experienced team members joining in June 2025 and July 2025 respectively!

Over the last 20 years, we have established ourselves as one of the go-to’s for data and AI recruitment in the UK through our industry leading networking events and roundtables, including:

• Speed Data-ing bringing together leaders in the data community
• In-person networking events put on for data professionals
• Podcasts and interviews

We are open to bringing in Trainee Recruiters / Graduate Recruitment Consultants through to Senior Recruitment Consultants and Principal Recruitment Consultants.

You will be a great fit if…

• (Experienced recruiters) You have 360 experience sourcing candidates and developing new and existing clients, with a strong billing track record, ideally in permanent recruitment in UK tech
• (Entry-level recruiters) You have previous sales experience, with multi-channel pitching experience and strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport and gain customer trust
• Creative spirit, bringing new ideas to help us improve daily and work with the team
• You are a team player who thrives in a competitive environment
