Active Personnel in Oldbury is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Perms or Temps desks. You will build strong client and candidate relationships, source and place candidates, and drive revenue while enjoying autonomy to run your desk.

Salary £32,000-£35,000 DOE (Recruitment Experience) + Uncapped bonus
