Senior Consultant - Hays Legal Inhouse (Salary dependent on experience) - Central London

Due to a relocation, a rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Consultant to join the Professional Services business on a large desk, with 3 counterparts assisting perm. This is a suitable opportunity for a Senior Consultant or above to take over a significant opportunity to grow a 'business within a business'.

Role Overview

1. Manage a desk operating across clients within the Inhouse markets.
2. Work with a team of 3 permanent consultants and respond to high demand for temporary workers.
3. Build and develop client relationships to generate business, with a focus on legal sector exclusivity and influence over rates.
4. Capitalize on the high billing potential and broad remit of the desk.
5. Collaborate with a top national biller and a team of 10 consultants in a supportive, development-focused environment.

Current Performance

The London legal business has rebounded strongly, with recent figures of £16k last period and over £170k this period, including £100k+ in perm forwards.

Candidate Profile
