Job summary

Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is seeking a Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established warm desk in Yorkshire, with flexibility for hybrid working across North, South or West Yorkshire offices.

You will manage blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, develop existing client relationships and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share and potentially progress into Head of Construction Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established construction recruitment desk, building on existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities across the construction industry.
• Develop the desk across blue-collar trades recruitment and white-collar professional construction recruitment based on experience and market knowledge.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including business development, client acquisition, vacancy management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, placement and account management.
• Mentor other consultants as the division grows and help shape the future construction recruitment strategy.
