Our HR specialist client in London is looking to add an experienced recruiter to their fast-growing HR Reward team.

Position

The role involves building business within the Reward C&I sector, leveraging existing relationships and growing your own client base through focused business development.

You will join a highly experienced HR recruitment team, working alongside recruiters covering areas such as Payroll, TA, and generalist recruitment.

Who they are looking for

• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR or Professional Services recruitment.
• This could include 360 recruitment within Accountancy & Finance, working with C&I clients on either a permanent or interim desk.
• You must be confident in headhunting hard-to-find talent and possess strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to manage your workload confidently.
