Job summary

Pertemps Network Group in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our busy office. You will manage a broad portfolio of clients, develop accounts and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

With a strong track record in recruitment sales, you will use your networking and negotiation skills to close deals, build lasting relationships and drive long-term growth within industrial and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales and recruitment sales.
• Confidence building rapport and speaking with new people.
• A proactive, tenacious approach to winning new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to learn new systems and recruitment compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
• Selling service solutions and championing the Pertemps brand.
• Handling inbound enquiries from prospective and existing workers.
• Carrying out business-to-business sales, including telesales and onsite activity.
• Interviewing and selecting Industrial candidates.
• Managing key accounts, including a rotational on-call requirement.
