Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - Qualified Finance

Location: Soho, London

Responsibilities:
  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the finance industry.
  • Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Providing thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
  • Managing complex negotiations.
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.
  • Positively promoting the 11 brand in the market.
  • Acting as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
  • Supporting manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.

  • Experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
