Executive Integrity | B Corp® offers a hybrid role based in Southampton with a base from £26k plus uncapped commission up to 50%. You will join a partner-led firm placing CEOs and senior leaders for private equity-backed businesses, working in retained search and rapid project hires.

Qualifications

• Track record of sticking at a role
• Experience with real customers, targets and pressure
• Confidence on the phone and composure when a deal wobbles
• Drive to earn and commit to something properly

Responsibilities

• Work retained executive search (CEOs, CROs, commercial leaders) alongside faster-moving project and go-to-market hires
• Partner with private equity investors and high-growth businesses to place top talent
• Contribute to two engines to bill from and drive variety in roles
