Tribeca Recruitment is seeking its first Recruitment Consultant to work directly with the founder, learning a high-value private equity search model and building a specialist vertical. You will shape the future of the business and drive growth in a client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Recruitment or executive search experience.

We’re looking for the first Recruitment Consultant hire. This isn’t a typical 360 recruitment role. • CFO, Finance Leadership, C-Suite and Board-level mandates
• Retained and search-led assignments
• Business development, client engagement and search delivery
• You’ll be involved throughout the entire hiring lifecycle:
• Client briefing and search strategy
• Market mapping and talent identification
• Candidate assessment and shortlisting
• Offer negotiation and closing

This is a genuinely client-facing role where you’ll build relationships, not just source candidates.

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive basic salary. Highly attractive commission structure. Potential earnings of up to ~50% of generated revenue (well above traditional recruitment models). Future profit-share and longer-term participation opportunities as the business grows.
