ByteSearch is a specialist recruitment partner to some of the world’s most ambitious startups — from stealth AI ventures to VC-backed scaleups. We focus on placing elite engineers and technical talent across Europe and the US.

We’re now hiring our first internal hire — a Senior Recruitment Consultant — to help scale delivery, win new clients, and shape the future of ByteSearch.

You’ll work directly with the founder, owning high-impact roles from day one and leading both business development and delivery. This is a rare chance to join at ground level and help build a category-defining search firm.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring for some of the most exciting AI and deep tech teams in the world
• Win and grow new business across startups, scaleups, and the wider tech landscape
• Headhunt elite talent via LinkedIn, your network, and creative sourcing – We are looking for the top 0.1%
• Deliver world-class candidate experience that drives long-term loyalty and referrals
• Grow into a deep tech specialist, hiring across software, data, AI/ML, and leadership roles
