We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Human Resources department.
This is a true people partnering role that is part of a friendly and inclusive team in a progressive firm with ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting role which will see you manage the employee life cycle for key areas and roles in the business and will include developing and managing the firm’s graduate, work placement and apprenticeship programmes. You will cover all aspects of a busy people partnering role, ensuring alignment with the firm’s People Strategy and Business Plans.

This is a permanent, full-time role. The Firm offers hybrid working.
About your experience
You will have specialist experience in an HR team, ideally within a professional services or business environment and have CIPD qualification or equivalent in Personnel & Development.
The role will draw on your exceptional organisational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities under challenging deadlines.
You will need to demonstrate a professional, calm, and supportive demeanour and show yourself to be reliable, trustworthy, and approachable, with a high degree of discretion.
You will be an effective relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills, including patience, confidence, and tact.
