Navitas are a VC-backed recruitment start-up solely focused on supporting the solar, energy storage and wind sector across the EU and US, on both a contract and permanent basis. In this position you will be supported by great leadership, coaching, and mentoring. In return we are looking for someone who has:

• It’s essential you have (and enjoyed!) 3+ months of experience in any type of sales or customer facing role
• An ambitious work ethic, shown through consistency and hard work
• A 'get up and go' mind set, with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering them
• Strong examples of working autonomously and collaboratively
• Operated at a high level in an extracurricular activity such as sport, society or own business
• Phone experience making outbound calls and pitching a service/product to clients preferred
