Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Data Centre Engineering division. This is a full 360° recruitment role focused on building and nurturing client and candidate relationships, driving new business development, and delivering top-tier recruitment services across the EU region.

You will leverage your recruitment expertise and our established market presence to grow existing accounts, secure new projects, and source high-calibre talent in a fast-paced, high-demand industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Proactively develop and grow new and existing client relationships.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to drive business development and market intelligence.
• Understand client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha, job boards, social media, and our internal CRM.
• Coordinate and manage interviews, offer negotiations, and feedback loops.
• Deliver consistent and timely communication to both clients and candidates.
• Work towards and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, data centre, or technical sectors.
• Demonstrated success in a 360° recruitment role with a proven record of hitting targets.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to win and grow client accounts.
• Quick-thinking and responsive to fast-changing client needs.
• Thrives in a structured, process-driven, and high-performance environment.
• Proactive and forward-thinking with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ambitious and career-driven, eager to take on increased responsibilities, with a view to evolving into a Team Manager position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and build rapport at all levels.
• Confident, professional, and results-focused with high levels of personal motivation.
• Flexible approach to working hours in line with market demands and client locations.
