What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Recruitment Consultant at JD Ross Energy, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement, with a strong focus on repeat business and long-term success.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and nurturing strategic client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
Converting strong candidate relationships into valuable client partnerships.
Providing market expertise and insights to advise clients beyond recruitment.
Influencing clients confidently through every stage of the hiring process.
Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and identify new business opportunities.
Managing challenges with confidence, proactively mitigating potential risks before they escalate.
You have proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within energy, engineering, or technical sectors.
Fluent in French or German (essential), with excellent English communication skills.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of your market and a hunger to grow your desk.
Able to build trust, deliver results, and think beyond short-term wins.
