About You

We’re looking for a proactive, driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team, ideally with experience in a 360 recruitment role.

You will have:

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment, with a strong focus on both business development and account management.
• Knowledge and market insights of the business intelligence market
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to leverage your existing connections and network to unlock new business opportunities.
• A self-starting attitude and the ambition to thrive in a rapidly evolving market.
• The ability to develop a strategy for business growth, identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends
• A positive mindset, a go above and beyond attitude and someone who is looking to back an impact in the team
