Job Title

Training and Development

You will receive expert training from high-performing billers (earning over £500k annually) who are willing to share their knowledge to help advance your career.

Role Details

They operate in both contract and permanent markets with a 180 recruitment model, seeking individuals passionate about business development and/or experienced as full-cycle (360) recruiters.

Candidate Requirements

Ideally, you will have a couple of years’ experience in recruitment, preferably on a contract desk. Experience in the digital sector is not mandatory as training will be provided.

Compensation

Your base salary will reflect your experience and billings, typically between £35,000 – £40,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures available from day one.
