Randstad in Reading is recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the Construction sector. You will inherit a warm white-collar freelance desk and work with some of the biggest names in the sector, bridging top clients with high-calibre candidates.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, business development, and hands-on recruitment across client and candidate sides with regular client meetings and performance incentives.

Competenze

• Experience in recruitment or sales with a track record of developing client relationships.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and candidate pools.

Our construction team is recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for their Reading based business. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will inherit a warm White Collar Freelance Desk, working with some of the biggest names in the sector!

On the client side you can expect to:

• Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales calls
• Manage current relationships within the business
• Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities
• Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs
• Meet with client face 2 face on a weekly basis

On the candidate side you can expect to:

• Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for your clients
• Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients needs
• Conduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
• Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market

Balancing these two fundamental areas of recruitment are key to you being the bridge between the best clients and their next best hires.
