Job summary

Randstad UK in London is recruiting for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a construction team with a warm desk. You will generate and grow client relationships, interact with clients to address recruitment needs, and meet face-to-face weekly to drive sales and placements.

You will source candidates, tailor job adverts, and search through databases and job boards while building your own network of talent to present to market.

Qualifications

• From the client side: generate client relationships through business development and sales calls.
• Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities.
• Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs.

• Balancing these two fundamental areas of recruitment are key to you being the bridge between the best clients and their next best hires.
